Joseph Howald appeals from the denial of his motion for release from civil contempt for his failure to testify before Grand Jury 87-4 in Miami. Howald was subpoenaed to testify before the grand jury on November 8, 1988 but refused. The district court granted Howald statutory use immunity under 18 U.S.C. § 6003 on January 18, 1989.
