William Joseph Carr was indicted for intentionally causing the death of Robert Mosley in violation of Section 13A-6-2, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty of murder as charged in the indictment." A sentencing hearing was held and the appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole pursuant to the Alabama Habitual Felony Offender Act...
