This suit arises from an accident in which plaintiff, Frederick Murphy, sustained injuries when he exited the rear door of a Louisiana Transit bus, stepped down and fell into a large hole at a bus stop adjacent to the driveway of the London Lodge Motel where he was a guest on Airline Highway in New Orleans.
