On January 20, 1982, Appellee Victoria Lloyds Insurance Company issued to Statewide Trucking, Inc., d/b/a Wood Brothers Transfer, Inc., policies of liability insurance covering vehicles owned or leased and operated by those entities in their business of providing motor carrier transportation services.
