Defendant Donnie Lee was convicted by a Baldwin County jury of sodomy in the first degree and rape in the first degree. His co-defendant and wife, Cindy Lee, was convicted by the same jury of sodomy in the first degree. The victims were Cindy Lee's two daughters, ages four and six at the time of the offense, who were also Donnie Lee's stepdaughters. The Court of Criminal Appeals reversed the judgment entered...
