Pending before the court is defendants' motion for reconsideration of this court's denial of their motion for summary judgment. In the court's order of December 18, 1987, denying defendants' original motion for summary judgment, the court found that an issue of fact exists as to the defendants' purpose in conducting the search of plaintiff's office, desk, and gym bag.
