Plaintiff Rita F. Mathis, a black woman, brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Title VII). Plaintiff alleges that defendant Boeing Military Airplane Company ("Boeing") discriminated against her on the basis of race and sex.
