HARBISON, Justice.

Appellee appealed his conviction on two counts of possession of controlled substances and one count of possessing a firearm. The Court of Criminal Appeals reversed the conviction and dismissed the charges, holding that the trial judge had erred when he overruled appellee's pre-trial motion to suppress the evidence.
