A jury trial resulted in the conviction of appellant of Felony Murder, for which she received a sentence of forty (40) years.

The facts are: At the time of the commission of the crime in this case, appellant was fifteen years of age. She had informed her boyfriend, Dan Wallis, Jr., that she might be pregnant.
