Plaintiff Housing Authority of the City of Rolla, a "not-for-profit corporation," brought this action against defendant Lee Kimmel for damages arising out of an incident which occurred on July 23, 1986. As stated in the petition, "[defendant's] Oldsmobile rolled from its place of parking in front of defendant's residence, rolled down a hill and into the structure known as the Rolla Towers owned by [plaintiff]."
