An appeal involving the disputed performance and completion of a building contract. The original plaintiff Norstok Building Systems, Inc. (also spelled Norstock), was the prime contractor. Norstok sued Jim Carr d/b/a Jim Carr Motors (Carr) as owner basically for breach of contract in that Norstok alleged that Carr had failed to pay the balance due on the building construction contract.
