This appeal is from denial of relief sought pursuant to Ark.R.Crim.P. 37. The appellant, Travis Smith, pleaded guilty to first degree murder and illegally manufacturing a controlled substance. He admitted having killed two people who were involved with him in the illegal drug manufacturing operation. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on the murder charge and ten years imprisonment on the drug charge to run concurrently with the life sentence...
