The appellees were charged with possession of over 400 grams of methamphetamine. The State appeals from an order granting the appellees' motions to suppress.

As a preliminary matter, the appellees contend tht we should dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction because the State failed to serve a copy of its notices of appeal on opposing counsel in accordance with Tex.R.App.P. 4. The record shows that the State timely...
