In 1982, Leo A. Furlong, Jr. and his then wife, Martha Joe Furlong, declared bankruptcy. At the time of their declaration, Mrs. Furlong and her four children, James Furlong, Leo A. Furlong III, Devin J. Furlong, and Leslie K. Furlong Gunnels (the "Children"), were beneficiaries of a family trust (the "Family Trust"); she had an undivided twenty percent interest in the trust income and assets and the children held the remaining eighty...
