BOUDREAU v. STATE

No. 88-01809.

546 So.2d 1152 (1989)

Alan BOUDREAU, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

July 26, 1989.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Julius J. Aulisio, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and David R. Gemmer, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

In this appeal from two convictions for lewd assault1 Boudreau raises one issue: whether the trial court erred by failing to provide written reasons for imposing adult sanctions against Boudreau, who was seventeen at the time these offenses were committed. See § 39.111(7)(d), Fla. Stat. (1987); Clemons v. State, 508 So.2d 430
