Jennifer Mills appeals from final orders entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas granting judgment in favor of defendants on her Title VII complaint and dismissing her section 1981 complaint. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the judgment on the Title VII complaint but remand for further proceedings on the section 1981 complaint.
