Defendant John Perrine (Perrine) appeals an adverse jury verdict of $2,958,789 entered against him in a legal malpractice case. This appeal was originally consolidated with Cause No. 9768, in which the same jury verdict was entered against defendant Ray Tabet (Tabet).
