Plaintiff Jack Corcoran brought suit against defendant GAB Business Services alleging breach of contract and violations of 29 U.S.C. § 623, 29 U.S.C. § 1140, and the public policy of the State of New York. Plaintiff claims that GAB discharged him because of his age and in order to prevent him from receiving pension and disability benefits afforded GAB employees.
