RESTANI, Judge:

Defendants, United States, et al. bring this motion to disqualify plaintiffs' counsel, Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, on the grounds that Ronald W. Gerdes, a partner in said firm, impermissibly "switched sides" in this dispute. Defendants claim among other things, that Mr. Gerdes has violated the ABA Code of Professional Responsibility, and that such code requires that plaintiffs' counsel be disqualified from acting as attorneys...
