The movant was charged with robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, and armed criminal action, § 571.015. He entered a plea of guilty to robbery in the first degree and was sentenced to imprisonment for thirty years. The state dismissed the charge of armed criminal action. By a motion under Rule 24.035, he alleged his plea of guilty was entered pursuant to a plea bargain that he would be sentenced to twenty years. He seeks to enforce that bargain...
