Plaintiff Janie Orr appeals judgment after jury trial favoring defendants Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA) and Wackenhut Corporation on her complaint for negligence. Orr contends the court erred in granting nonsuit on her third cause of action seeking to impose on defendants the standard of "utmost care and diligence" required of common carriers under Civil Code1 section 2100.
