Plaintiff Juan Dale Crockett appeals a judgment which dismissed his personal injury suit against Penrod Drilling Company on an exception of prescription.1 Crockett contends his timely tort suit against his statutory employer, Avondale Shipyards, Inc., interrupted prescription against Penrod Drilling because of their solidary obligation.
