The appellee, Peter Parker, P.A., filed suit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City against appellant to recover legal fees for services rendered in respect to a matter described in its complaint as Southern Four, Inc. v. Zoning Commissioners for Baltimore County et al. In the case at bar, the trial court rendered judgment for appellee but imposed a condition precedent on appellee's rights to enforce the judgment.
