Plaintiff Abel Hernandez brought the instant suit alleging that he had been discriminated against by the Department of the Air Force after he received a letter of reprimand from the Air Force for falsifying official government documents. Ultimately, the district court dismissed Hernandez's discrimination complaint for lack of jurisdiction.
