Anthony Avellone, the seller in a failed real estate transaction, appeals the final judgment granting the prospective buyers, Abdul and Eileen Mehta, the return of their deposit, with interest; he also appeals the final judgments awarding the buyers attorney's fees and costs. The buyers cross-appeal, contending that the trial court erred in denying them damages for loss of tax benefits and in awarding them less than the requested amount of attorney...
