Freddie Lee Hall, a prisoner under sentence of death and death warrant, appeals the denial of his motion to vacate his sentence pursuant to rule 3.850 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Hall also petitions this Court for a stay of execution. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. After oral argument we stayed Hall's execution, with an opinion to follow.
