Appellant, Rosa De Saron Church (Church), filed suit to set aside a foreclosure sale of real property and to recover damages from appellee for alleged structural defects of a church building situated on the property. Appellee, Emilio Rodriguez, counterclaimed to recover a deficiency judgment for taxes that were delinquent at the time of the foreclosure sale.
