Defendant-appellant Diane Cook appeals her conviction of Criminal Confinement for which she was sentenced to two years imprisonment. Cook took three of her children who were under eighteen years of age to Florida, allegedly in violation of a statute which reads as follows:

"(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally: (1) removes another person who is under eighteen (18) years of age to...
