The plaintiffs, the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund and one of its trustees Howard McDougall (collectively "Central States"), have sued to recover delinquent pension contributions from David Sloan, d/b/a Sloan Excavating, and Darlene Sloan, d/b/a Sloan Enterprises.
