The defendant, Ricky Alan Johnson, appeals his convictions of murder in the first degree (felony murder), armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping. He received a sentence of life, and two Range II sentences of seventy (70) years. All of his sentences are to be served concurrently with each other and with certain federal sentences for convictions...
