DIES, Chief Justice.

This Appellant was indicted for burglary of a building in October, 1978. He was later given a deferred adjudication probation which was revoked in March, 1986. This resulted in a probated sentence. In January, 1987, a motion to revoke probation was filed. On August 14, 1987, a hearing was conducted to hear a plea of "true" to counts one and three of the motion. On October 12, 1987, a hearing was conducted which sentenced Appellant...
