Rudolph and Helen Hutter appeal from an order of the chancery court of Van Buren County enjoining appellants from interfering with appellees' free use of a prescriptive easement over a roadway across appellants' land. It is not controverted on appeal that a prescriptive easement in the road existed. The only issue presented is whether the easement had been lost by acquiescence for more than seven years...
