J. Hamilton Coleman, Dean A. Flowers, John D. Ward, and Curtis A. Whitehead appeal from a judgment entered in favor of Rotana, Inc., (N.V.) and Rotana Ltd. (Rotana) in Rotana's suit for rent and attorney's fees. Rotana sued the four appellants individually on their personal guaranties of the payment and performance of the obligations and liabilities of the tenant under a commercial lease.
