Century 21 Commodore Plaza, Inc., 416 So.2d 45 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982), the matter proceeded to trial ultimately on a four-count counterclaim by the appellants, which resulted in a jury verdict in favor of the appellants, awarding Norman Cohen, as trustee, damages for breach of alleged oral agreement...
