COATS, Judge.

Terry F. Newell pled no contest and was convicted of four counts of robbery in the second degree, AS 11.41.510(a)(1), a class B felony; AS 11.41.510(b). The maximum penalty for each count was ten years' imprisonment. AS 12.55.125(d). The presumptive terms were four years for a second felony offender, and six years for a third felony offender. Id.
