JUNELL, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of delivery of a controlled substance, namely cocaine, weighing at least 400 grams. The jury assessed punishment at confinement for forty years in the Texas Department of Corrections, and a fine of one dollar. Appellant brings five points of error asserting: (1) improper admission of hearsay evidence; (2) admission of irrelevant evidence designed to appeal to passion or prejudice; (3) improper prohibition...
