Lamphier, was found guilty by a jury of arson in the second degree (§ 569.050, RSMo 1986)1 and burglary in the second degree (§ 569.-170), and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment and a $5,000 fine for the arson conviction, and a concurrent term of five years imprisonment for the burglary conviction...
