Defendant/Appellant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. (hereinafter referred to as "State Farm"), brings the present appeal from a judgment in the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Brent Guitreau, appellee herein.1 Following a trial by jury, Mr. Guitreau was awarded2 the sum of $25,000 plus statutory penalties and attorney fees for personal injuries he sustained in a motorcycle...
