Defendant, the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association, appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of Shoreline Equipment, Inc., the insured of an insolvent insurer, allowing Shoreline to recover certain funds paid to the insurer of the tort victim of an automobile accident.
