This is a race discrimination action. Plaintiff claims he was discharged from his job by reason of his race in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(1) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. The matter is before the Court on defendant's motion to dismiss both claims.
