This suit was commenced in the Superior Court in 1986 by New England Allbank for Savings (Allbank) to recover monies due and payable under eight promissory notes executed by Rouleau individually or jointly with Wachusett or Papillon or both. The defendants were defaulted when they failed to acknowledge the complaint.
