This action originated as a counterclaim filed in 1977 in a then pending lawsuit filed in the District Court of Marion County, Texas, in 1975. The counterclaim1 was severed and docketed as a separate cause of action on March 20, 1981. Shortly afterwards, on April 30, 1981, an amended counterclaim was filed naming Mrs. Ford Hubbard, Mrs. Alton King, Mrs. James Kerr, and others...
