MURPHY, Justice.

Ronald W. Frenzel appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his lawsuit for want of prosecution and the subsequent denial of his motion to reinstate. Frenzel presents five points of error. In points of error one, two, and four, Frenzel claims the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing his cause of action, in refusing to conduct a hearing as soon as practicable on appellant's motion to reinstate, and in dismissing appellant...
