MORSE, Justice.

Theodore Brown appeals his conviction for the felony possession of marijuana, 18 V.S.A. § 4224(f)(1)(B). The sole ground for appeal is the lawfulness of a search of his home at Lovejoy Brook Road, Ludlow, Vermont, on September 13, 1986. We affirm.
