The sole issue presented on appeal is whether plaintiff is legally entitled to an increase in permanent alimony.

Beverly F. Moreau (hereinafter plaintiff) and Aaron Moreau (hereinafter defendant), were divorced in 1975 and plaintiff was awarded permanent alimony.
