Appellant, Dallas Market Center (DMC), appeals a judgment by a jury in favor of appellee, The Swing, Inc. The statement of facts was not timely filed on appeal; thus, we derive the following facts from the transcript. This suit arose from a written lease renewed by DMC and The Swing on May 25, 1982.
