DUDLEY, Justice.

Appellant, Wali Muhammed, formerly a member of the bar, was charged with and convicted of second degree forgery and theft by deception. The case was certified to this Court by the Court of Appeals as one involving the interpretation of an act of the General Assembly. We affirm the convictions.

At the time of the criminal acts, appellant's license to practice law in state courts had been suspended, but his federal license was still valid. Accordingly...
