Defendant, Edward Nelson, appeals from his conviction on two counts of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and one count of attempted simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Defendant was multiple billed on the first count of simple burglary and sentenced to eighteen years at hard labor without benefit of parole or good time. On the second count of simple burglary, he was sentenced to twelve years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole...
