St. Charles County filed a petition for injunctive relief against landowners, alleging four counts of public nuisance and four counts of zoning violations. The county appealed from the trial court's order granting landowners' motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. The Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, affirmed the trial court's dismissal of the nuisance counts because of the county's lack of standing, but reversed the granting...
