Gagliardi, J.) which denied his motion, pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 32(c)(3)(D), for a hearing to correct allegedly inaccurate post-sentence communications made by the government. Robilotto was convicted following a jury trial of multiple violations of the labor and racketeering statutes...
